Orders placed on working days before 5 p.m. are shipped the next working day. Depending on the post / parcel post, the item will be with you within 2-3 working days, applicable for Northern EU countries. 3-5 working days is the average shipping time for orders across the remaining EU countries. 

Keep a close eye on your Track and Trace link for all parcel post. Letter mail is sent without T&T. As a consumer you must ensure that you provide a correct and complete address. This must be clear to the delivery person upon delivery, for acceptance of the package upon delivery.

The consumer must at all times offer facilities so that the order can be delivered: mandatory letterbox, doorbell, house number, correct nameplate. If it concerns a business premises, the company name must be clearly stated.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the consumer, as a result of which the delivery person cannot deliver or the delivery person reasonably makes multiple attempts at delivery (max 2 times), the package is not received, the full costs of delivery will be borne by the entrepreneur for the consumer.
If you cannot comply with the above, please contact customer service before ordering for a possible solution. Or choose another address where you can receive the order in the correct order.

If you choose to have your package delivered to a Service point, you are obliged to collect it within 5 working days. In the event of late collection, additional costs will be incurred by the consumer.
