1. Open the card and write your own personalized message 
2. Start with adding the receivers address on the envelop
3. Insert the card into the envelop
4. Remove the tab 
5. Add the right amount of stamps and send it with your local postal carrier

Slow delivery - the card has received 5 days after the birthday

I have placed the order 1 week before the birthday and even a domestic delivery has came so late, that actually I could only give the card 5 days after the birthday. Maybe I would use a different carrier to make sure the card will be received 1-2 days after ordering.

This is bad news. I'm very sorry the card arrived late. It's been a more common complaint these days. PostNL and all other major postal services in Europe have been struggling with the high amount of packages they had to ship due to Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Moving to another carrier would not help either.

But still, this messed up your birthday prank. So I'd like to make this right with you. Can you send us a message at info@abxl.nl and describe your problem. We will then find a solution together.

Toen we de kaart aankregen en een persoonlijke boodschap ik de kaart wilde schrijven, begon de muziek gelijk te spelen zonder dat we de beveiliging eraf hadden gehaald. Wanneer we dit gemeld hadden, werd er gelijk een nieuwe kaart opgestuurd met een extraatje. Top service hiervoor!
